I considered several motorcycle services, (very few in my area which meant many miles travelling and could not have left the bike). Some didnt respond or said the job was too small!! Once I located Lightning Services of Trowbridge; left a message and must say a lightning response from Baz. After further correspondence and my issues were resolved. Although they were closed on Wednesday it was no trouble to collect my bike and returned it after work on a Saturday.As a family business they put customer service as their main priority, Brilliant service, very knowledgeable, Value for money, fast collection excellent turnaround time and delivery. Could not have experienced a better service anywhere.Well done Lightning Services! Will definitely use again and highly recommended to other potential customers thinking of using the company. Very friendly and knowledgable service. Took my bike in for a general overhaul / check up / tune up and was more than happy with how it rode after Baz had worked his magic on it. Felt like a completely different bike. Will definitely be using Baz for all future works on the bike......... Doesn't make a bad cup ( Pint ) of Tea either!
Great guy, very knowledgable and did a great job on replacing my failed Moto Guzzi Speedo. Really helpful in finding suitable 3rd party replacement unit as my bikes Speedo is end of life. I'll definitely be happy to take my bike back into Baz next time she needs some TLC or a service.
